Tech4Us, the computer club of KHMS, is organizing an intra-school competition.

EVENT: Microsoft Word 2007 (Scenario Based)

DATE: November 1, 2013 (Friday)

FORMAT: Total 24 Participants from Classes IX-XII. Competition to be held in batches of 12.

VENUE: Computer Lab 2.

RULES:

·       Participating team is required to recreate a document according to given guidelines.

·       A document along with guidelines (hardcopy) will be given.

·       Notepad containing text material, images, and any other things required will be provided.

·       Testing of hardware before competition starts is allowed.

·       TIME LIMIT: 30 minutes

·       JUDGMENT CRITERIA:

o  Least mistakes

o  Least time taken (time is secondary)

NOTE: Interested Participants please give their names to Karanjot Singh (XI-A) during recess. Due to participation limit, names shall be noted on first-come-first serve. Hurry!!

Event      : Gaming

Date        : 17^th, 19^th and 21^st October 2013

Class       : Team of 2 students from each Class-Sec (VII-XII)

Interested students can give their names and class-sec along with their game to Rohan Karir of class XI-A by 15^th October 2013 in Recess.

Rules      :

·       You are allowed to bring any gaming gears.

·       Participants are allowed to choose from the following games.

·       Games: -

2.   Counter Strike 1.6

3.   Call Of Duty Modern Warfare I

RULES

1. Need For Speed Most Wanted

• Maps: -Diamond, Dunwich Bay, Heritage Heights, Bay Bridge, East Park, Omega, Ironhorse.
• Race Mode: - Circuit.

              1) Track Direction: Forward
               2) LAPS: 4
               3) N20: Off
               4) Collision Detection: Off
               5) Performance Matching: Off
               6) Minimum Number of Players: 4

·          You are allowed to bring any controller.

·         Cars: - Corvette, BMW, Aston Martin DB9, Murceilago.

·         Top 2 students from each match will proceed to next round.

2. Call Of Duty Modern Warfare I

·         Mode: - Free For All / Search & Destroy / Team Deathmatch.

·         Maps: - Shipment, Crossfire, Crash, Wetworks, Bog.

·         Time limit: - 5 to 10 Minutes depending upon the number of participation.

·         No perks are allowed.

·         Top scorers will proceed to next round.

3. Counter Strike 1.6

·         Format: - 2vs2 (Team of 2 students from each class)

·         Maps: - de_dust2, de_nuke, de_inferno and de_nuke.

·         Time limit: - 1:45 Minutes per round.

·         Starting money: - $800.

·         Winning team of the match will proceed to next round.
